How do I kill clothes moths and mothproof my electric Piano Keyboard?

Felt-lined keyboard. Please mention if you own a piano, or have had to care for one. They like the felt strip on my Yamaha P-85 electric piano. I need to kill the webring clothes moth larvae and leave a residual to prevent future ones.

I don’t know how to handle your existing moth problem, but I have owned many synths and Digital Pianos, and I find keyboard covers very useful. You can get them from Guitar Center for about $20, just make sure to get one for an 88-key board. They are made from a thin stretchy fabric, and they usually have drawstrings to get a better fit since they are “one size fits all” and some keyboards are longer than others due to pitch bend and modulation wheels. Using the cover when your keyboard is not in use should keep the moths out.
