I have a Tama Superstar Hyperdrive. What are the best Drum heads to use for these toms?

Absolutely love the set but stock heads always need to get switched out if you want the best sound. I was thinking either Remo or Evans G2 coated or something like that. I’m leaning more towards coated heads.

ill suggest what i think, but honestly, its all about personal prefference and if youre learning towards a particular brand already, go for it!

ok now for my say: i prefer non coated heads. i think they get better resonance and sound. again, purely personal pref. but i would suggest remo pinstripes. i have gone through 4 different sets of heads and the pinstripe knock all the others out of the water. i like to play mostly rock, if that gives you any indication of what kind of sound im trying to achieve.
