2. Wear comfortable headphones. Comfortable headphones will not give excessive compression or expansion of your ears, thus it will reduces the stimulation of the ear.
3. Please adjust the volume when you are in a good listening environment. Although the condition is relatively better, you should pay attention to adjust the volume to be no more than 60% of the maximum volume.
4. Do not use the headphones for a long time. No matter how good the quality is, it will still have impacts on the hearing. Thus, you should keep the using time of your headphone within one hour (through scientific research)
5. If you found the symptoms of tinnitus or hearing loss, you should go to a hospital, and temporarily stop using the headset.
