Whats the best way to learn acoustic Guitar?

Ok. I have the most trouble tuning my guitar. Since i cant tune it i cant play it. I dont know of any music places around here that can help me. So please dont suggest that. I want to master the major chords and then learn songs. But first i need help tuning. Please help. Let me know everything i need to learn. Please and thankyou!!
