Good Free Online Guitar Lessons for beginners?

Are there any really credible decent sites out there to learn how to begin playing an Electric Guitar. My first lesson’s not until next week and i want to have a base knowledge. I already play the Flute and Piano so i have a basic knowledge of music theory in general.

Wait for your lessons. The first thing your teacher should impress upon you is the importance of proper hand and finger positioning–that’s something you cannot expect to learn on your own. You don’t want to go in with bad habits that the teacher will need to correct–let him/her guide you to doing it the right way the first time.
