what degree do i need?
hello i want to get a degree for music business but not sure what to go for
after college i want to have my own Music Shop that i can teach Guitar and any other kind of Musical Instruments and would like to Sale Musical Instruments to and would also sell music and music memorabilia
i dont know what kinda classes or degree i should take to do this i need help real bad i have been thinking about this for the past 3 weeks it is frustrating me

First and foremost you should talk to an advisor at your school and inquire about websites that list degrees in different fileds. Also google something about jobs in the music industry. To be honeest all you need to do to run a store is get the start up capitol and find a place. Then find distributors to buy from. You really do not need a degree for that but, do not sell yourself short. You should take classes that reflect your love of music and business classes. The biggest part is defining your goals and then setting smaller achievable goals that you can rate your progress with. First and foremost you and talk to a counsler/advisor. Then decide your intended major. Finally determine what college you will attend. Once you are in college the professors, deans, and advisors can help you further your dream. Last but not least if this is what makes you happy and is your dream….NEVER GIVE UP.
